Hello, I need to develop for my college work an exchange bitcoin, I'm having trouble developing a C # class that has the following features: 1 - Receive a bitcoin address, list all transactions check in the local database if this transaction has already been added in the database, if there is no save transaction id and transaction value, transaction date and sender. This class should be running every 5 minutes. 2 - class to get bitcoin quote, run every minute (brl and usd)

Hello Sir; please, I have many years of experience in Windows application; your software will be an amazing WPF windows desktop application; I will develop fast and clean; I will using a small integrated database (SQL Compact Edtition) , so the data will be locally; this is great because you will not need any installation ! and at the same time the functuionality will be very very fast !
