Hostel Management System

Scope of Work Hostel Management System (HMS) This will provide information related to allocation and occupancy status of the various hostels/residential apartment, with categories like 1/2 BHK, SO/DO, AC/Non-AC, student/staff/participants/guest, through dashboard and will manage the database for various MIS reports. The complete system requires to be developed using MS .net & MS-SQL technology to integrate the future developments of other departments. The application should support mobile version (responsive) and all browsers for seamless view. Software Features  Web based application with login credentials and/or Google authentication (custom domain only) to (Warden/Management/Staff/ Student/Parents/participants) each one and should be able to login to get their relevant information from the system  Registration process for staff/students/programme participants/guests  Check-in/out report of each entry by hostel and category, daily/monthly/program- wise  Room reshuffle request and possibility to grant/reject the request.  Hostel fees management with different charges like electricity (based on meter reading), food etc.  Room-wise inventory  Online complain module related to various services.  Hostel-wise & category-wise graphical presentation/report for occupancy and availability of room/s  Leave application feature with bio-metric integration (if student would like to go for night-out etc., he/she has to apply for leave to related person/department for approval)  Common facilities while implementing or suggested by the vendor.  Various comprehensive reports based on the above features.  Updates to the parents regarding their ward on their mobile  Housekeeping request and complaints by the residents Worker need to provide a fully working error free solution with authentication as required. On 100% completion and our testing approval worker need to upload the whole code with database. Full payment will be release after that only.
