Reading word file and extracting word into text file with criteria

Hi I need a windows application which should provide me following functionality. My existing software gives me word files which contains vendor profiles in text as well as images( logos of customers) in it. These word files also contain contact information of my vendors such as mobile numbers etc. I want functionality that text in these word files should be read and any word which contains only numbers should be taken into another text file and then should be available to download or should be saved on location i set. it can ask for location to save. All numbers to be saved in separate lines in text file. It should also ask for length of number to be saved. such as 10 digit or 4 or 5 digit. only those number to be saved which matches this length mentioned. At one time only 1 length to be specified. This means text file created at one time will have all numbers of same length. Some word files also contain text in multiple columns in single page like 3 columns aligned vertically. Text in These files can be read in any manner but whole content to be covered. Developer need to provide me deployment package and all code files.
