Hi there... We are looking for an ARCHITECT/CAD DESIGNER to finalize auto cad design ( possibly 3D) for the leasehold improvement of our factory bldg. Located in city of ontario CA 91723 for submission to the city for the necessary permits. Improvements to include : 1. Construction of a 10 feet high second floor as warehouse approximately 40ft x 50ft. Steel Column structure with wood flooring. 2. DESIGN of a walk-in cooler/ freezer directly Underneath the warehouse. size is also 40ft x 50ft. 3. Second floor office approximately 40ft x 40 ft also made of steel column and wood flooring. 4. Plumbing plan for the whole bldg designed for food manufacturing to incorporate a suitable grease interceptor. 5. Large cooking/Kitchen designed for food processing. Architect / designer shall be responsible for submission of the plans to the city of Ontario for approval and secure the necessary permits. Owner will provide the designer initial drawings and sketches as a guide for the preparation of the final plan. Owner will do the actual construction.
