Hello there, I have looked at the attached stl file. I can recreate it as closely as possible using Fusion 360 (it is preferable for me) and send the step file to you. This file can be imported into freecad or any other CAD software. I can also do it directly in freecad, but it might be a bit tough and time consuming.
