I need an experienced social media manager who can create and implement posts on Instagram and LinkedIn regularly (7 posts a week for Insta and two for LinkedIn). The primary objective of these posts is to generate leads for my business. Here's what I'm envisioning: • Creative Use of Canva: I need someone proficient in using Canva to create engaging posts that can draw the audience's attention. Your eye for design will play a big part in how effectively we can leverage these platforms to generate leads. • Casual and Fun Tone: The tone of the posts should be casual and fun. The focus is to make the audience connect with the content on a personal level. Our target audience for our B2C division (AKA Kujaku Inc) is graduates and young professionals (1-3 years of experience) from any English-speaking country looking for career guidance (platforms: Insta and Website). Our B2B division is for scaling start ups in the USA & Canada looking for someone in People Operations to Recruit, Train, Onboard, Off board and set up large scale processes for them to grow (AKA Kujaku Biz, LinkedIn & Website) • Familiarity with Instagram & LinkedIn Algorithms: You should have a clear understanding of how the Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms work, optimizing posts for maximum visibility and engagement on these platforms. - we already have a strong brand book and our website is almost complete but we want to create authentic content both with copy, photos, graphics and well... just BE FUCKING AWESOME. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn, especially with a focus on lead generation. I have content (original photos, links etc) for you to work off of. Payments made monthly through Wise or another platform of choice (no PayPal).
