I would like to hire a Concept Artist

I am looking to create a hybrid video game between RTS(Real-time Strategy) and FPS(First Person Shooter). Step 1: I am looking for those who would be willing to create concept art for the game. For those interested, I will give extra details about the game, but I am leaving it up to the imagination to create an image of it. Obviously, i will decide if I like the concept art or not, but once I have some concept art to work with, I will go to the next step which is Step 2: Create a story line. This involves a lot of time and would require many revisions. The more complete the storyline and setting of the game, the richer the experience will be for the players when they play. I have the basic setting and timeframe, but I would need someone who could help put serious depth into it and make a fluid and complete story. (Notes) There are and will be more steps, but first and foremost these are the most important. As concept art is made and a story/setting is hammered out, getting more publicity for the game will be easier as the general public will be able to see a vision of the game and what it will be. For those who play video games I want the experience to be something like Battlefield for the first person shooter, with a classic RTS experience being equivilant to Starcraft. I am Aiming for a AAA status game. It will take A LOT of work, And A LOT of time. I am more than willing to see this through to the end and I would love and look forward to working with any who are interested.
