We live in a semi-detached period building in a conservation area in South Wales and submitted a planning application for the addition of a small flat roof dormer to the front elevation. An objection was raised by a conservation officer. We believe we have grounds of appeal and drafted a series of arguments to refute the objection. We now need help from a UK based architect or planning consultant familiar with the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 on reviewing and referencing our arguments to give our letter the "substance" it requires for that process.
