Create me a Shadow leader project

You will select a leader and shadow that person for at least one-half of a day (defined as 3-4 hours minimum). During this time the shadowing should include observation of the leader in charge of a meeting, a personal interview with the leader, and "typical” daily activity of the leader. You will be responsible for developing interview questions, an observation protocol for the meeting, and observation protocol for daily activities. A copy of the script with answers and a one page (single spaced) written summary of the shadowing experience will be required. Cover Page should consist of interview details such as the name of the person that you talked with, contact information, location etc (Examples are provided) Script Page should consist of “Background Questions”, “Company Information”, “Management Questions”, “Leadership Questions” like outlined in the example. I need you to be creative so please build your own questions. Summary Page should talk about your overall observations and shadowing experience.
