Our system currently captures data from the field using a mobile application. This data comes back into a core application and is available for export. Once exported the file is sent as a csv which could be from one row to hundreds of rows. There are over 20 columns and this data needs to be copied into a preset area on the second sheet of an excel workbook so that the first sheet can display that data in a unique format for the business. We have a team that normally does this but is busy doing application coding. We are seeking an expert excel, programmer with the ability to create a conversion for this assignment with the opportunity to upgrade to an FTP version moving forward. This round is predominantly a data manipulation requirement.

I suggest to use a Pivot Table to do that! It is built-in Excel and it's the best approach since the Pivot Table code is way more precise than the VBA code I could write. What I can add though in VBA is a way to automate how the pivot table changes once something (button or event) happens.
