Basic Salesforce integration

I'm looking for a Salesforce developer in PHP / Laravel to build a bare bones integration in a brand new laravel project to Sales Force. In this bare bones larvel project the functionality is sync contacts and accounts to SalesForce. we want to be able to sync our data with our users salesforce data via the rest API. We push / pull / sync between Salesforce and our platform. 1. Contact Data - sync, create or update functionality, check which data is newer in Salesforce 2. Accounts - sync, create or update accounts in Salesforce 3. Activies - sync, Update activity on the contact / account / lead / op 4. Leads - sync, create or update. 5. Opportunities - sync, create or update. The idea for this is to have someone who is familiar with salesforce, professional, enterprise and lighting to set up the salesforce dev enviorment with our free account, create the basic app exchange app and then connect both in a modular way where the code can be later on implement into our product once tested. This requires a developer to set up the salesforce app in the app exchange and give us advice on the best way to authenticate for users and our platform. Initially this will be a small minimal build but we will increase the scope next month and reuse the same developer to start fleshing out the functionality. This is 100% backend development, no front end or deployment required.
