We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to become an integral part of the foundation of our dedicated team, which includes a talented Sales Agent and Rental Agent. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a unique payment structure that combines an override commission based on the transactions completed by our team members: Payment Structure: Hourly Rate: $5 per hour Monthly Base Pay: $650 for 130 hours of work (excluding commissions) Override Commissions: Earn $80 for each rental transaction completed by the team Earn $150 for each sale transaction completed by the team As a part of our dynamic team, your role will be vital in managing administrative tasks, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting in streamlining our daily operations.
