Hey! Are you a CS manager with 4-10 years of experience looking to expand your role, responsibilities and take your career to the next level? We're a NYC-based company that sells dating advice courses and now, nutritional supplements, to men all around the world. We're looking for a Customer Service rep, with management experience, to help lead the charge and to make sure our customers stay happy long into the future as we continue to grow. This is not another "9-to-5 job," but a role in which you can truly grow, learn, challenge yourself and most importantly, make a real difference in people's lives. Should you fit the role - all of our customer service will be put under your direct supervision. We already have an enthusiastic, well-trained team in place based in the Philippines which you will manage remotely. We view customer service as more than just handling tech issues and refunds. Men put their trust in us in the most vulnerable area of their lives and we must be there to support them. We’re looking for someone who can ensure our team delivers excellent service outcomes to customers and actively identifies ways to improve the systems we already have in place. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 4-10 years of CS experience Excellent emotion intelligence and rapport building skills at it relates to CS Ability to systematize steps and create processes for other reps Experience maintaining a wiki / knowledge base for reps Experience working B2C First hand and oversight experience in both phone and email support Experience hiring, managing and training CS reps Experience managing refunds and chargebacks Experience with payment gateways like [login to view URL] / Network Merchants (NMI) ATTITUDE: Not just looking for another "job" but an opportunity to grow and expand your career Comfortable implementing your own philosophy, structures and best practices Comfortable evaluating and improving existing CS practices Always looking to improve, taking the initiative Keeping up on CS trends, tech and innovations Always improving systems, software and practices for better service Not afraid or “above” picking up the phone or writing emails as a high-level rep to solve complex customer issues Not afraid to get your hands dirty, review surveys and communicate with customers by phone and email one-on-one to truly gain a "ground level" understanding of their deepest needs and desires Eager to help out in other areas of the company when CS needs are slow Can set, track and evaluate goals/metrics for reps and support as a whole NICE TO HAVE’S: Experience working with support reps overseas (ideally Philippines) Experience setting up and running email support, chat support and phone support Experience with digital courses and/or supplements Experience working at a direct marketing company To submit an application for this job, please do the following: 1. Hours: 10am - 6pm Monday-Friday. Willing to accommodate unusual schedules. Location: Our team works remotely, which means you can work almost anywhere you want. We have daily Google Hangout meetings and in-person work weeks. Our Team: Most of our team is located in NYC. There are 10 of us and growing fast!

There I was responsible for customer support. I have to solve computer related problems, which gave me excellent customer handling skills. CS Manager Ready To Join The Cause My previous job was a Credit Manager for 4 years in one of the BPO in the Philippines, it is an Online Store Account. We manage customer's order, bank verification's and fraud reviews.I handle 4 people in my team during the first and second quarter of the year, and up we ramp up to 8 people during third and last quarter. I am responsible in coaching s and training's, monitor teams work performances and performs departmental reporting. I also accepts inbound sup-calls from customer service representative if the customer needs a higher position to speak with in our department. My goal for my career is to be an effective leader, I want to work toward becoming the expert that others can rely on. I would want to see myself in a senior position in this company, with a big number of team. Professional advancement, I believe that the successful men are those who are hungry for knowledge and I think that the company who gives an unlimited training's, seminars, certification and a support from the smart leaders gain the most successful employees. My house is too far from my work place, I travel 2 hours going to work and 3 hours going home and I am a single mom, I would want to stay at home working in my comfortable place seeing my child every night, (I have to leave her at night (Philippine Time). I need to take a big step, I love my job and I love the company but I have a mouth to feed, my salary is not enough.

CS Manager Ready to Join the Cause! I have been in the Call Center industry for 9 years where I worked for US-based multinational companies in the Philippines and Singapore. I have also received training for Emotional Intelligence Leadership when I was in Singapore which was sponsored by the company which developed me further to communicate with internal and external stakeholders better. I was also involved with global project management tasks where I launched company initiatives globally and document processes for our company’s knowledge base. I am used to dealing with customers, internal stakeholders and resellers via chat, email and phone. As an assistant Team Manager, I also have some experience in hiring reps along with managing and training new hires. I am very proficient with CRM’s like Siebel and SalesForce along with SAP. I have a quick learning curve so I assure you that I would be able to learn your tools in no time. Career-wise, I want to be able to take my team to the next level where they are ready to take on a bigger role and give the company a lot of ideas to improve their Customer Service experience. In 2-3 years, I want to manage a new set of people because I was able to develop my team to take on bigger roles for the company. In order to attain this, it would be a big help if the company sponsors online trainings that would be needed to develop the reps. I am currently employed part-time but I want to do a full-time work.
