Candidates should be well-versed in computing and the internet, excellent communication skills and a good grasp of customer service related activities. Success in this position will require commitment and dedication. You are also expected to be punctual at all times and absences are not tolerated. Detailed research skills, exceptional writing/typing and editing skills, as well the ability to identify key issues, break them down into manageable steps, and assemble those steps into a clear and achievable process will be a significant part of this role.
