I have a project that consists of entering approximately 2,000+ business names and addresses into multiple Microsoft Excel files. I will provide PDFs with the data via email, and your job will be to manually type in the business name, address, city, state, and zip code into a MS Excel file for my use. This project should take several or more days. I will be in communication for progress and questions. The Excel file will be used to print mailing labels, so the files should be arrange with company name in one cell, and the full address with city, state, and zip code in the adjacent cells. I'll included a template Excel file that needs to be populated with architectural firms based off of PDFs I will email you. There are multiple categories that are at the top of the photos, one Excel file per category. For example, Architects, General Contractors, Property Management, Construction Management. Once you accept, we can trade emails and discuss more in depth.
