Excel Invoice and packing list automated template

I need to create a standard Excel workbook that will have multiple tabs to be used as a template. This should be formatted to print and convert to PDF to Email to customers. These work books will link to multiple tab one customer quote information including Customer information including billing and shipping information automated date created automated quote number Item detail and description Quantity, Item Number , Description, Color, Decoration, Size, Sell Price, Extended Sell price Extended sell pricing Terms and conditions Payment Terms Tab 2 Customer invoice Including All information from Tab 1 Change Quote to invoice Quote Number becomes invoice number Tab 3 Customer packing list Information from Tab 2 Delete Sell pricing Change labeling to Packing list This book should be linked to another summary book. The information in the summary should populate automatically One line per order in the summary book Date of order, invoice date, Customer name, total sell, paid etc. I will provide a sample Invoice I will provide a sample summary document
