Writer in Canada needs freelance professional to convert handwritten notes in PDF into Microsoft Word.
Approximately 50 single sided hand written pages.
Typist should maintain all formatting "as is" in the handwritten version and reproduce it exactly in Microsoft Word including section titles, paragraphing, page breaks and numbering. Typist should not change text in anyway when typing it out. Typist should not correct misspelling or incomprehensible sentences. Where handwriting is unclear or ambiguous, typist should type out as best as possible using consistent notation to indicate that text is reproduced as best understood (for example using asterisk or similar).
Typist should have strong command of English.
Typist is required to submit completed work in Microsoft Word Document file.
Typist will need to sign a confidentiality agreement.
During my 12 years of working in an office, a large part of my job was to type handwritten legal course documentation into word, this was all done 'as is' as you have described in your job posting.
I type at approximatley 76wpm, and hold an RSA 3 Diploma.
