PDF for report generating of electronic testing and preventative maintenance

The business services UPSs and associated batteries at a variety of locations throughout the Pacific Northwest. We record data listed on the front panels of UPSs and need to create a report to send to the customer that lists that data as well as a description of the work done while on site. This may be corrective or preventative maintenance. The report will need a title page that includes our information as well as the customer's information. Follow on pages will need to include fill ins for currents/voltages/temperatures for different portions of the equipment. The final page would include key parameters from the data pages as well as a description of the services performed. Thank you, Rob
