Data mining for nearby locations to London addresses

We have a list of 750 addresses (complete with lat and lng geocode). An example of what we have in excel is: (lat, lng, address): 51.5145525, -0.143878, 13 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HL For each address we need as much information as possible about the local area. Data we require for each address is: +Car Park (Distance metres to nearest) +Buses (Distance to the nearest bus stop and the bus routes) +Trains (Distance to the nearest train stations and the train lines) +Tubes (Distance to each tube line) +Bars (name of nearest 3 Bars and distance) +Cafes (name of nearest 3 Cafes and distance) +Restaurants (name of nearest 3 Restaurants and distance) +Parks (Name of nearest park and distance) +Galleries (Name of nearest Gallery and distance) +Theatres (Name of nearest Theatre and distance) +Hotels (Name of nearest 3 Hotels and distance) +Gyms (Name of nearest 3 Gyms and distance) +Groceries (Name of nearest Grocery store and distance) +Swimming pool (Name of Swimming pool and distance) The successful freelancer should provide the above data for the example address given above when bidding for the work.
