Set up Github Actions CI for repo

Hi! I am skilled PHP developer with skills including SQLite, PostgreSQL, Docker, MySQL and PHP. I've been developing web applications for more than 5 years, starting back in 2013 with custom PHP/MySQL, no framework project, switching my focus onto ZF1 in 2013-2014 and now focusing on microframeworks like silex, slim, lumen, zend expressive. I've had a chance to work with the following PHP frameworks: - symfony (2.x; 3.x; 4.x; 5.0) - Laravel (4.x; 5.x; 6.0) - microframeworks like Slim, Lumen I'm using the following standards/recommendations/technologies in my daily work: - SOLID principles - PSR recommendations - TDD/BDD - always trying to reach 100% coverage of my code - RESTful, GraphQL APIs I'm used to working in agile environment, combining Kanban and SCRUM aspects in the development [login to view URL] I realised a good developer has to focus on the client's business goals and better communication skills. These skills are much harder to master than learning a new framework.
