Hi, I am happy to bid on your Project. I made similar screens before and have experience designing visually attractive user interfaces. I would use WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) framework that gives the possibility to render user interfaces with a modern look. I consider to make this a bit animated but I would leave this as an open subject, additional requirements could increase project value. Please consider that I work as a full time developer and my availability per day is limited by this.
