Work from home or any location. The new milestone of company is to create online store. We produce embroidered patches. We are seeking a Web Trading Assistant to join our Ecommerce team. Entry level position, which is ideal for a new graduate, who is keen to gain first time exposure to working in the world of online This role comes with excellent opportunities for development. What we are looking for: - Attention to detail; - Strong organizational skills; - Good communication skills; - Interest in e-commerce and online; - Team player. Basic tasks: - Addition of existing products from the Polish online store along with the creation of a short description for these products; - Own initiative: the creation of new products, market analysis; - search for ideas; - taking care of the consistency of information presented to customers; - assistance in the selection of products for e-mails and website banners; - organization of promotions; - contact with customers; - socialmedia creation and adding posts; - run reports and assistance with online analysis. - Identification of any websites issues and raising concerns with the web teams to correct; - Monitoring of the stocks and availability of key lines. Requirements: - Good knowledge of English in writing; - Basic graphic processing skills; - Own computer with Internet access and basic software that allows a simple graphic processing.
