sentence restructure, write, edit, proofread, reference etc

I am looking for an ethnographic researcher or a graduate in English or English literature, sociology or psychology who is familiar with thick description and discourse analysis to work with me in my project involving thick description and discuss analysis. I need someone to restructure the sentence, improve on the findings, discussion, conclusion and limitation sections and put them in chapters. Most of it has been written. It will need to be structured and findings linked to previous studies and theories explained in the introduction, background/history, literature review and methodology chapters which I will provide etc. I will provide an example of how I want it to be structured. Link the findings to what other authors are saying about the topic, so what the authors are saying does not look redundant to the findings from respondents. You could use adjoining comments like my findings corresponds with so and so argument or perspective on class or worker’s orientation in that so and so stated that..... this way the readers can easily relate the findings to the argument, theory or perspective. All need to be in Chicago author-date style and endnote/footnote added where needed It will need to be edited and proofread. The freelancer needs to use track change so I can see what changes have been made. It is currently a total of 26700 words which may reduce or increase as findings are linked and a brief introduction to each chapter in the findings section is added.
