Create a sketch for arduino to map analog input and output variable 0-5 vdc voltage range.
Eg 2 volt input and output 1.8 volts,
2.2 v input 2 v output ect.
Set start voltage to map and max voltage to map offset.
Need to be able to edit easily .

What I assume you are talking is a scaling factor,
output=gain x input +/- offset
Now you probably will use PWM for DC output instead of a DAC (clarify)
with ARduino uno it is very easy to modify a sketch,you can change the gain and offset.
