I'm seeking a proficient software developer for a web application project. I would like a software that allows tax sale investors to scan/upload documents that have parcel ID’s on them and have those parcel ID’s automatically converted into addresses based off the county in which the user provided (and whatever other relevant information the software would need to efficiently do so) Then I would like users to be able to sort/filter their list to narrow their search/research and only view certain product listings based off size, bedrooms/bathrooms, zip code, due amount and etc. This is a tool I want to create as a FREE tool for tax sale investors that want to search for 10 or less parcel ID’s per year but be $25 a year for those that want unlimited searches per year. I would like this software developed and delivered (code) but also separately have it integrated into an online application that users can start using immediately after this project has ended. Key Aspects: - Designing and integrating user registration and management tools. - Incorporating automated email notifications. -A self sufficient software that can automatically be a one stop shop for tax sale investors. Required Experience: Freelancers should be well-versed in Python, Django, and JavaScript or relevant language. Previous experience in crafting user management systems and automation tools will be an added advantage. Efficiency, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for this project.
