Moodle Expertise - LMS

Need an expert who has utilized moodle for setting up LMS System. a) Set up and configure LMS for the technocrats domain b) Need to write modules to invoke WebEx or Go To Meeting c) Need reports --- When students are added we would give them a duration about how long they would be allowed to use the LMS for a particular subject. Report needs to be built as to how many students permission would expire this month or next month, etc d) Need to produce invoice Basically the invoice would contain that a Student is enrolled for 6 month for Java and it would cost him $200 Project would have Phase 2 and Phase 3 where we would expand the reporting and user interaction. Only LMS = Moodle experts respond Looking for long term association Phase 2 and 3 would be worked out in a Operation Support mode.
