We are packaged firewood company. We are expanding our operation and having trouble with our production line efficiency. In particular we are having an issue with the first conveyor line that delivers wood to our packing line. The issue is we dump the wood pieces into a large conveyor at one time. The conveyor belt moves the entire pile of wood instead of pulling from the bottom of the pile of wood thus spreading the wood out evenly. In addition I would like to look at using photo eyes to determine when wood needs to be moved to the packing line conveyor. I do have a video of the entire process on DropBox.

have experience with conveyer upto 6M, 8M &10M with 1.2M width, ranging from 1, 2 & 3 hp I think you need a Slat conveyer! My last project was a complete plant for municipal solid waste management where total 9 conveyers were required.
