Excel 2010 resources - Formula (not macro) driven -- 2

I have just wasted 4 days waiting on a freelancer who ended up showing me a table that I should filter. If you cannot UNDERSTAND the job please do NOT RESPONSE. This is a a small, quick and simple job which needs to be turned around in 15 hrs. HAVE A excel 2010 spreadsheet with 3 tabs. The spreadsheet allocates resources / tasks to a small team The requirement is to automate searches within the spreadsheet Tab 1 – Admin Here is where most search data results will appear : search by single date or to and from date fields then select either single or multiple options of: Search by team, staff name, task or skill ( you can chose multiple and search by skill required no date) In this sample sheet I will send you - Every cell highlighted in Yellow means this is a answer that should come up in search results or with a formula Row J-M WILL show results for the above. ==================================== Tab 2 Resources Tab Column F will show today’s tasks (Just a vlookup from the date section (column H onward) From column H onwards dates will always be 1st July – 30 June as per colour key - colour to auto fill when text is input into resource chart - NOTE when word "Project" appears - colour will ALSO appear with partial word eg: Project cat, project dog, project x - will all reflect the conditional colour If a new task type is entered in H-nk on sheet 2 "resource" then also B82 key should reflect this new type Keep row 1 and 2 frozen as well as row A-G ==================================== Tab 3 Daily stats tab Collect team resources by day (excluding leave) team, FTE, annual leave, % not BAU ==================================== Tab 2 Skills ALL SKILLS DATA FOR THE SEARCH ON “ADMIN TAB” A 7 WILL FEED FROM HERE – UPTO 20 SKILLS PER PERSON ==================================== PLEASE NOTE: Sample DATA available on request Needs to be completed within 15 hrs Prefer formulas and NO MACROS so I can use on SHAREPOINT ONLY respond if you have read email and can show me sample of your excel work
