LED calculations

Hi, I would like help with a LED lighting project. I would like to find out a buildings energy consumption used by their lighting. I will need to obtain (by site visit or enquiry) amount of lights, type of lights, wattage of lights and daily usage. this information will give me the running cost per year. I then would like to input the LED equivalent lights info and with the lower wattage LED's show the energy saving and the c02 saving. I would then like this to be shown in a year by year saving, and with the input of the cost of the lights, how long it would take for the lights to pay for themselves. With all the info inputted and results obtained i would like to have an excel sheet with results but also a PDF page with clear results and a graph showing the results. I have all the formula's and the basic idea. I'm looking for a excel spread sheet to input all this data and quickly get results to enable me to quote for projects.
