Need a excel made for Options Profit/Loss Trading

I need an excel calculator built. The input should be.... Stock Current Price Strike price Expiry Date Price Of Option Call/Put The result should look like the image below in a formatting type. I know nothing about how to get to the results, if I did, I would be able to do this myself, thus, you MUST know about options and how to calculate it's profits or losses.
