Job Description:
As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the social media marketing strategy for a portfolio of clients. This includes creating content, analyzing performance metrics, and working closely with clients to achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement social media strategies for clients, including content planning, platform selection, and audience targeting.
-Create engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
-Manage and monitor clients' social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
-Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content, develop recommendations for improvement, and report results to clients.
-Collaborate with internal teams, such as graphic designers and content writers, to develop visual assets and copy for social media campaigns.
Stay current with social media trends, industry updates, and platform advancements to ensure that clients' strategies remain relevant and competitive.
-Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and providing regular progress updates.
-Participate in client meetings and presentations, as needed.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, is a plus.
