Job Overview: We're seeking a Freelance Fashion Curator with a visionary approach and a strong grasp of contemporary trends that appeal to the sophisticated women of Dubai aged between 25-45. This expert will be entrusted with the creative freedom to craft an inaugural collection that resonates with our audience's desire for chic, high-quality fashion while being mindful of the operational dynamics of fashion rental. Responsibilities: • Curate an initial collection of 30 clothing models, with a primary focus on occasional wear. • Select from reputable brands with openness to expert guidance on final selections. • Work autonomously yet align closely with our company's vision and target demographic. • Offer advice and possible involvement in the procurement process, optimizing cost-effectiveness without compromising on style or quality. • Conduct this curation with agility, aiming for a one-week timeline from concept to identification of pieces for purchase. Requirements: • Aesthetic flair and proven experience in fashion curation – also, preferably in buying or merchandising. • A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to anticipate and meet the needs of a discerning clientele. • Knowledge of the fashion rental market's unique demands is preferred but not essential.
