The range of products will include leggings, breeches, riding tops, henleys, and polos. Responsibilities: Pattern Creation: Develop accurate and detailed patterns for various equestrian wear garments, ensuring a perfect fit and adherence to quality standards. Grading: Utilize grading techniques to scale patterns for different sizes, ensuring consistency in fit across the entire size range. Revision and Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize patterns for improved fit, comfort, and performance. Address any issues identified during the prototyping and testing phases. Commitment to Fit and Quality: Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving impeccable fit and maintaining high-quality standards for all garments. Work closely with the design and production teams to meet and exceed customer expectations. Textile Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of textiles and fabrics used in equestrian wear. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as an Apparel Pattern Maker with a focus on equestrian wear.
