CRM/ SaaS Business Model

The requirement is to make a Business Plan for an integrated CRM software solution/ SaaS. The objective for the Business Plan is to build and brand new business- targeting a specific verticle market in the healthcare segment. I want to build a policy and regulations compliant CRM software solution/ SaaS targeting independent mental health professionals, psychologists etc. focusing on full practice management. The selected freelancer shall be required to undertake detailed market assessment, understand policy and regulatory requirements in the healthcare segment, elaborate the business model for the venture, conduct industry and competitor analysis, develop a marketing strategy and a detailed financial model. Additionally, the selected freelancer shall also need to undertake broad-level analysis for identification of suitable potential international markets for our software solution.
