Build a News Letter Website based on wordpress

We are looking to build corporate newsletter for our company based on wordpress and have the following featuers - multi-language two different layout (RTL - LTR). - category page with branded banner - article page with ability to add image gallery in it. - for email shot for each edition (newsletter issue) we wanna use this plugin [login to view URL] - in mymail plugin the template for email to be customised and meet the design we provide - since the plugin use template builder then we could add some featuers to allow admin custom colors - headers in our design of newsletter - archiving featuers for each edition and for example user choose the issue number 5 (nov-2013) he will see all posts and articles in that date splitted into categories - newsletter that users recive it on email they could see it as webversion kindly we are looking to have this within 5-7 working days since everything semi ready since we will but the plugin for you and the design is ready kindly bid after reading the brief very well Regards
