Build a website with ability to screen customers and an online delivery of documents

A simple website with sells services to customers with electronic and mail delivery. Purchased documents to be available through customer portal. Summary of spec (detailed spec available to successful bidder): First page - Three options of service (Click on each option to expand details). Buttons to proceed Second page - Terms of service agreement (Acknowledgement) Third page - Customer Details entry / Create Login details Fourth Page - Credit Card Details Fifth page - Confirmation of details, Agreement to terms of service, Payment confirmation Sixth page - Create documents (insert customer details into templates), make available through customer area (by login only). All of the above will be integrated with CRM / Online accounting systems. I am looking for expression of interest in the whole project as well as parts of this project. There will be variations as the work progresses. So no fixed budget. Successful bidder(s) will be selected based on their proven expertise, experience and pricing. Successful bidder(s) will be required to sign a developer's agreement. Only bidders who customise their response will be considered.
