Easy project: 4 page flier using existing artwork and photos

We need a designer to re-create 4 marketing pages (already designed) but to look nice and polished. We will provide a PDF file to show how it should look, provide all photos and even provide the logo and files to recreate it in high quality. This means taking already existing items and laying them out to re-create the design. This is an extremely simply project. However, the artist MUST know how to create small PDF files after finishing the design and MUST be located in the USA or guarantee availability during US hours (specifically California). We have a lot of projects we need to get done so we want to find an artist we can turn to that can get things done when we need them. Unfortunately, our experience working with designers outside the US leaves us unable to effectively communicate due to differences in times and our fliers, and other things we need designed are delayed for days and days. Please see the attached PDF. You will simply re-create this and we will provide you with all master files you need. Again this is a simple project.
