Hello i have an auction website that needs some php tweaking on some parts that are no working so good. Some pages not showing and probabily some coding errors. Also the code it seems to be made for an older version of php, if that could be upgraded it would be nice but not mandatory. I'ts a low bid auction, and i need it to have admin option to terminate an auction and give back money to users, and change the way it gets to auction winner. I need that if no lowest unique bidder is found, then the winner would be the first person that bidded the lowest bid. My budget if very limited. If you can do this at low cost post your price, if not please don't bother.
