Design expert to create style guide and website design in Photoshop - CSS skills beneficial

We are looking for an expert designer who has skills in creating designs for websites based on existing templates and logos. This project is to create a new style guide and associated website design in Photoshop as a fully layered file. The design is to incorporate the colours and style in a logo that we already have, and to mimic the base structure of an existing website that we own. You must be able to demonstrate your design ability, and present similar design / style guides that you have worked on / created previously. The successful candidate must have detailed working knowledge in Photoshop and Microsoft office Word (for the written style / design guide). On the successful completion of the project, you may well be considered for additional tasks within this cope. If you have detailed working knowledge of CSS and HTML this would certainly be beneficial and we look forward to your response with your bid. When the project is awarded, we will send the logo and also the link to existing website. With your bid, please do not forget to include examples of previously completed tasks for both parts of this project – both the style guide, and the layered Photoshop design.
