I need a homepage similar to the concept on below 2 links. I wish that the page will roll down just like these, and with pictures changing during the scroll, and even that the colors tone over to another color when the pictures is replaced. I can provide you with pictures, Indesign mockups, color-codes, and text etc. I need a homepage like this with 4 different pictures and then one subpage (About), but that is just a regular page with text. The homepage needs to be programmed/designed in (some or more of) following language: CSS, Angular JS, HTML5, Bootstrap. Needs to be done in october.
