Build a modified eCommerce site.

Hello, I want you to create a website that also has user & administrator panel. I have the designs in mind and can tell you how to make the website. The website is somewhat eCommerce type but it has some other elements too. The website will be minimalistic & parallax based. Do remember, the website MUST & MUST be extremely user friendly and use of Ajax (or similar) should be done in order to minimize full page loading. The landing page will have two options side-by-side which will cover the entire screen. I'm not naming those 'options' now. Anyway, if I click on Left side option, I'll be taken to another page which will have search bar in the top and some filters on the left and the center + right area will have product listings. When the user uses the search bar and presses enter, then there should be no full page reload, instead, there should be a loading icon in the middle and the new results should appear without reload. The user can then click on any listing, and purchase. Coming back to the landing/homepage, if the user chooses the 'Right side' option, he'll get a nice popup which will contain a form which will have multiple questions, after filling the form, user will click on "Next" and now, he'll be supposed to register OR login. And then a message will be displayed. All the above things, like purchasing or registering or anything like this, will also be shown in the administrative panel. Last thing, during purchasing, the user will have option to pay via points also and these points can be added only via Admin panel or via user panel using gift voucher.
