Build a Website

I am looking for someone to build web based application for a spot the ball competition similar to www.botb.com. "Spot the ball is a traditional newspaper promotion, where the player has to guess the position of a ball which has been removed from a photograph of a ball sport, especially association football." The website will be a game where users pick a spot on the image where they believe the ball once was. Once picked they would be prompted to either login or create an account to submit entry. The following page would confirm they have entered the competition. The website needs to be completely mobile friendly and easily copied into a mobile app. Front end: - User will see coordinates of the mouse cursor position while hovering over the picture. When they click on the position the coordinates are shown and they can then can then submit their entry. - Leader board, life time, weekly and monthly - Account log in and modify Back end: - The back end will need to store every user and their referrer and all data we can obtain - Record of all entries with date, coordinates, “score”, - Record of all user referrals Admin functionality: - Game set up, uploading a new picture. - User management - CMS Must be very user friendly, easy to navigate with a modern interface. Will provide a very detailed document with everything needed along with PSD designs if required. Always around for communication if needed.
