Build a Website

Looking for a full stack developer to code in ruby on rails, java script (node framework) or python (not php) for development of a MVP. Requirement is for: - a full stack developer with experience implementing the vision rather than simply doing what's in the spec; - experience integrating with Facebook and twitter essential. Experience integrating with other social media highly regarded. My expectation is the project will proceed in a number of stages: - Phase 1: you will give feedback to graphic designer (assuming you are a stand alone developer); - Phase 2: you will code and test before delivering; and - Phase 3: we will test our end. The site needs to look like the design and bugs needs to be rectified prior to release of funds (not related to Phase 1). You need to set our expectations as to when you can realistically start and when you think you can deliver with a high confidence level. Your ability to converse in English is essential. We will send an NDA and full spec to those parties we are seriously considering. Please don't respond unless you have expertise in ruby on rails, java script (node framework) or python (not php).
