I'm looking for a developer to take a website design that I have done using [login to view URL] and write (from scratch) using the very latest web technologies (I'm happy for the developer to advise me on this). The final website will have many features but they will be introduced over several phases. Phase one (this job) is to turn my basic design into a functioning website and get the first batch of elements running. These elements include (but are not limited to): User sign up and profile Users can create posts in a database Users can message one another Although this is not a social media website it does have some elements of one. The technologies used need to be scalable (i.e. be able to cope with >1 million users). The chosen coder should bear in mind that I plan to launch Apple and Google apps to accompany the website as phase two. The chosen coder should develop the website on their own servers, then assist with transferring them to mine (and possibly advising on the best servers to use) If the chosen coder successfully completes this job/phase, I will be happy to use them for the next phases of the project. This is potentially a very large and exciting project with considerable investment. More information (and a link to the concept website I have created) can be provided but bidders will be required to sign an NDA agreement. Upon signing and returning, I will provide you with more detailed information about the project, a link to the concept website and a proposed sitemap.
