I need someone to create a power point presentation about a process. Researched timeliness of CA – could not find BPI that said you needed RCCA in any specific amount of time – corporate Wants to craft this up to read SM&DS & Hosted rather than corporate specific – want to say that corporate sets themselves to this expectation – we want to hold ourselves to this expectation and roll-out to SM&DS – JD to brief Jeff and Jim Schulz All CA with caveat if customer has more stringent expectation – this would be at a minimum Show what does the BPI says right – ambiguous time constraints – we think its driving delinquencies or delaying timeliness – we recommend follow BDS corp audit guidance Find time to craft up the powerpoint – make it meaningful to us using consistencies from corp audit and get back on JD calendar to review – do it with Mechelle next week – no expectation for timely CA at all – as parallel effort work dow delineunt and come up with plan for MOE in front of Jim and Jeff – hold SM&DS to a higher expectation for timeliness and to Jim it’ll be we think at your level we think you need to address BDS level BPI it allows for extended amounts of time
