Disruptive Logo & Branding in Neutrals

I'm in search of a graphic designer who can produce a brand and a level of professionalism to my brand with a creative and disruptive logo. I prefer a creative and disruptive style, which will truly set my brand apart from our perceived competitors, care us deemed sad, and miserable, I want our building to be fun and where someone strives to live, a place where they can flourish if they have a disability, and be spritely if they are old. I named the business 'M Projects' after James Bond, in 007 terms, 'M' , is a job title rather than a name, it stands for MI6 and or Mission, as each of our projects is a Mission, to get a site bought, then taken through the planning process, and then raise development funding plus get support from Local Authorities is always a mammoth mission. As the country has a massive shortage of suitable care facilities, it should not be a Mission to deliver a project. When we move onto a website, I would also like to reference Q Branch, because we have an Research & Development team that 'head up a team of software coders' to develop state-or-the-art assistive and adaptive technologies all liked to the building management system to enable the delivery of care to be safer and better, whilst reducing the overall cost. So I want a disruptive logo and strapline that make care care exciting, futuristic and aspirational. I want it to be established, yet futuristic and high tech. Color: I prefer a neutral palette. Specifically, the use of black, white, and various shades of gray, unless there is good reason not to. I will research if these colours are ok for both Autistic and Dementia patients. Experience in logo design and brand creation are essential for this project. I’m specifically looking for freelancers who have a knack for disrupting conventional design norms.
