Movies and PDF Selling forum

I'm looking to make a very simple video and PDF selling forum, the forum is a normal forum where other people can register, comment, share and adjust profile settings, but they cannot add threads as the website owner is the only one who creates thread, the selling process is made by purchasing points, and for example this video costs 100 points, one point equals 0.50 RMB, they have to purchase the points to use it on downloading the videos or the content (sometimes it's PDF). The theme of the forum needs to be extremely professional, the control panel of the owner editing threads, editing categories or whatever in the forum should be easy due to lake of HTML knowledge, I've seen many people are using the forum system DISCUZ, please bid only if you're sure you know how to make it
