Hi, I have this pdfs in A3 format and i need to made several tasks with them: 1. Improve footer of pdf with updated data of our company. 2. Pdfs are in a3 format with different pages order. Split pdf and merge again where page number order has sense. 3. Create A4 version of this pdf 4. include some pages to that pdf keeping same design of previuos page. This pages to include will be a list with product code and page where it appears, i can share this list in pdf or in xls with plain design, and task is that this is incorpored to pdf. 5. Make a reduced size version of this pdf without loosing too much quality, so we can send it in normal e-mail as attached file, taking in account that it will have more than 900 pages in total. if not possible give some alternatives.

Hello, please tell me how you want to create A4 versions of these PDFs? Do you want to reduce page sizes+content to fit A4 size, so number of pages remains same or you want to re design the PDFs to A4 size?
