Hi, I am looking to get a app developed for real estate agents. This app will serve the purpose of communication between property manager & tenants. The communciation will be in form of chat, with the option of file sharing(mostly photos amd pdf files). So agent can send important messages to tenants and vice versa. I would require ios and android app and website for agent. The website for agent will be dash board where they can send messages to one or more user. Each agent will have their id so they can login and start messaging. This is quite simple project but design will be professional and elegant. It will be essentially like whatsapp where each party will be notified about message being read. Not in a hurry to get project completed, looking for quality. Thanks
