Redesign my website and make the html -- 2

Hi, i have a website that doesnt look very good and its a bit unneat. I need to change it. It is just a normal company website. [login to view URL] I need to redesign it , something like this [login to view URL] I want you to match the odi sistemas logo with the example, (I have the logo in psd) - I do NOT want the big picture in the main page, i want a carrousel where i can write a title within and click to go to somewhere. - I need the main page with the menu the logo and a Login box (there is no in the example but i do want it. . - The menu should be easy to add new by hand (in the html) so that i can add new services or products that link to a internal page. - I Need a page for the about , where i can write freely who we are. - I need a page like a template where i can write one service i offer , so that i can add as much services as i want in the menu. You can do 2 or 3 templates with title and photo, with title and without photo or 1 template with all together but should be easy to remove or add titles or photos by hand in the html. The main idea es add new services then i cant send my clients the link with that service to see if matches their needs. - A services page where i can show all the services. - In the main page i want a part where i can put my client's logo like a carrousel or something like that, but when i click in one of the logo it should go to a page where i describe the services i give to them. - The footer - One page with the contact form. - An email signature with the logo. - A newsletter mail with the logo, the name of the webpage , the description and a footer. - Another thing is if you can, make a word with design where i can make budgets to send to my clients. And more important, i need you to make the html, responsive for table and mobile. Im programmer so i cant modify html if necessary. Bear in mind that im not sure about all the points so in case i need some modifications we can talk about money when it happens.
